Congrats on keeping your consoles in good condition! Unfortunately for me, mine have taken some absolute batterings over the years, carted around in Tesco carrier bags. What, you think I can afford a cardboard box to put them in?
February 8th, 2010 at 9:10 pm
I can’t afford a carboard box either
( . Fortunatley when I bought one at a flea market, he gave me one of those green grocer’s trays so they go in that if they are going on their travels

@RetroGamerVX Thanks for the reply mate, I’m now bidding on a Nintendo NES aha. £20 with postage so far.
February 15th, 2010 at 6:54 pm
A lot of nes’s suffer from bad cartridge slots so all you get is a flashing light, there are videos on here that show you how to fix it if you get one that has that problem, it’s a £10 part that you have to replace, but it’s a simple operation that I’m going to do to mine soon.

@RetroGamerVX Awesome thanks mate, I ended up paying £20.99 for a NES with mario, 2 controllers and all the leads oh and its boxed :p
February 15th, 2010 at 8:28 pm
Billy Bargain, is that the original Mario? I play that on my dingoo

@RetroGamerVX I guess it must be, it was just described as “Mario”.
