Is there a program that will let me LEGALLY download classic games for free?

I am talking like Sega Genises and NES and SNES games please help me I really am wanting some of these games.
also if there are any links to legally download any of these games.

No. But download an emulator for each console you want to play those games on and then download the games (called Roms) but it’s always illegal as it’s considered piracy.

if you have the wii, you can use the wii store if you have internet for the wii.
